Join us for a socially-distanced film screening

June 16, 2020

By: Meghan Rooney

Join us for a socially-distanced watch party of Patagonia’s incredible documentary Damnation. We are inviting people to watch the film, separately, in their own homes. Then on Friday, Jun 19, we will meet for a “happy hour” online discussion about the movie.

Damnation explores the evolution from pride in big dams as engineering wonders to the growing awareness that our own future is bound to the life and health of wild rivers.

Watch the film for free on Youtube.

Meet us online Friday June 19 at 5:00 pm. Join the Facebook event or email Elanor at elanor@watershedwatch.ca to get the meeting link.

If you watch the movie, but can’t make it to the Friday online discussion, feel free to start up a chat in the Facebook event.
