As critical Pacific Salmon Treaty renegotiations with the United States approach, and with the persistent threat of Alaskan overfishing, the ongoing phase-out of open-net salmon farms in B.C., and the necessity of building on the previous Liberal government’s Pacific Salmon Strategy Initiative, we believe that Canada would be best served by appointing a Fisheries Minister from British Columbia.

We’ve already sent the Prime Minister a letter, but it would mean even more if he heard from you.

Can you call and leave a message for the Prime Minister to tell him we need a Fisheries Minister from B.C.?
