The Lower Fraser Floodplains Coalition (LFFC) was formed when the Indigenous-led Emergency Planning Secretariat came together with an interdisciplinary group of BC-based organizations and experts with a shared goal of helping BC’s flood recovery and ongoing flood management achieve the best possible outcomes.
