By: Meghan Rooney

We’re celebrating 25 years of Watershed Watch Salmon Society with our first-ever 50-50 raffle!

As a non-profit organization, the advocacy work and on-the-ground engagement accomplished by our small team are funded by generous supporters like you. We want to thank you with this opportunity to win up to $10,000.

The funds generated by this raffle will go toward our continuing work to:

  •         Act as a watchdog of B.C.’s open net-pen salmon farm industry
  •         Press decision-makers on all sides to bring an end to the overfishing of B.C. salmon and steelhead by Alaskan fishing fleets
  •         Engage the public in-person and online by organizing events and leading volunteer-supported data collection and restoration work
  •         Work collaboratively with other agencies for fish-friendly infrastructure like floodgates
  •         Follow the science and propose smart solutions to the many challenges faced by Pacific salmon
  •         Educate the public and decision-makers to improve watershed security in B.C.

Help defend our salmon and you could win! Purchase your tickets here.
